These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bucefelus eSIM service operated at bucefelus.in. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing an eSIM plan from Bucefelus or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. eSIM Plans & Delivery
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. eSIM QR codes are single-use and can only be installed once. Bucefelus is not liable for QR codes that cannot be installed due to an incompatible or locked device. Please verify your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing. 3. Plan Validity & Activation
Plan validity begins when your eSIM connects to a local network at your destination, not at the time of purchase. Once the plan period has elapsed, data services will stop. Data allowances are non-transferable between destinations. Unused data does not carry over to a new plan period.
4. Acceptable Use
Our eSIM plans are for personal and business use only. You may not: • Resell or transfer your eSIM or data allowance to another person • Use the plan for automated bulk data transfers or server hosting • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local laws Violation of these terms may result in immediate plan suspension without refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. Bucefelus does not store your card or banking details.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are available before QR code delivery. Once the QR code is sent to your email, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure on our part.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bucefelus is not liable for: • Network outages, congestion, or coverage gaps caused by our carrier partners • Loss of data or productivity due to plan expiry or device incompatibility • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
