Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service and partner. Always check specific terms before purchasing. When in doubt, contact us before booking.
Flights
Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules. Bucefelus facilitates the cancellation request on your behalf and charges a processing fee of ₹250 per passenger per sector in addition to any airline-imposed penalties.

Hotels
Hotel cancellation policies are set by the property. Bucefelus displays the applicable policy at checkout. Most hotels offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked.
Railway Tickets
IRCTC cancellation rules apply. Key points:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before departure: 25% penalty on base fare
- 24–48 hours: 50% penalty
- Less than 24 hours or after chart preparation: no refund
- Tatkal tickets: no refund except in case of train cancellation or major delay (>3 hours)
International eSIM
eSIM plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the QR code has been generated
, as the SIM is activated with the carrier at that point. If you experience technical activation issues, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a case-by-case review.Forex Orders
Forex orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once currency has been dispatched for home delivery, cancellation is not possible. For branch pickup, cancellation is possible up to 1 hour before pickup time.
