Refunds to source are processed after Bucefelus initiates them. The above timelines reflect standard bank processing times and are not under our control.

Refund eligibility

  • Cancelled bookings: Refunds are processed per the Cancellation Policy. Eligible amounts are credited to your Bucefelus Wallet by default or to the original payment source on request.
  • Failed bookings: If payment was deducted but no booking was confirmed, the full amount is refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.
  • Duplicate payments: Duplicate charges are refunded in full within 2 business days.
  • eSIM activation failure: If your eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical error on our side, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-refundable items

  • eSIM plans where the QR code has been successfully generated and the eSIM activated
  • Non-refundable hotel rates (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Razorpay convenience fees and bank charges
  • Bucefelus processing and service fees

How to request a refund

  1. Go to Dashboard → My Bookings
  2. Select the booking and click “Request Refund”
  3. Choose your refund destination (wallet or original method)
  4. Our team reviews and processes the request within 1 business day
