Overview
Bucefelus eSIM plans are digital products. Once your eSIM QR code is delivered to your registered email address, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable. However, we handle all cases fairly — if something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
Eligible for Refund
- QR code not yet delivered to your email (order placed but unfulfilled)
- Duplicate order placed by mistake — reported within 24 hours
- Technical failure on our side preventing plan activation (verified by our team)
- Destination plan unavailable due to a network partner issue (rare — we will proactively notify you)
Not Eligible for Refund
- QR code already delivered to your registered email address
- Device is not eSIM-compatible or is network-locked (please check before purchase)
- You changed your travel plans after QR delivery
- Data was used (even partially) after activation
- Plan expired due to travel date change
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Provide your order confirmation number and registered email address.
- Describe the issue — our team will respond within 4 business hours.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
