Refund Policy

Overview

Bucefelus eSIM plans are digital products. Once your eSIM QR code is delivered to your registered email address, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable. However, we handle all cases fairly — if something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.

Eligible for Refund

  • QR code not yet delivered to your email (order placed but unfulfilled)
  • Duplicate order placed by mistake — reported within 24 hours
  • Technical failure on our side preventing plan activation (verified by our team)
  • Destination plan unavailable due to a network partner issue (rare — we will proactively notify you)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • QR code already delivered to your registered email address
  • Device is not eSIM-compatible or is network-locked (please check before purchase)
  • You changed your travel plans after QR delivery
  • Data was used (even partially) after activation
  • Plan expired due to travel date change

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of placing your order.
  2. Provide your order confirmation number and registered email address.
  3. Describe the issue — our team will respond within 4 business hours.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
